1. This is not a very good week for me. First, I had cold and cough with sore throat. I went on 2 days medical leave as a result. It was a good rest through.
2. During the 2 days medical leave, I was told by my financial agent that both Multi-Sector Income Fund and US Growth and Income Fund no longer accept single premium top up which I had been doing for a couple of months. This meant I could no longer reinvest my dividends into this two accounts.
3. I went for my first ultra sound for my thyroid after my thyroid cancer surgery. The person who helped me to do an Ultrasound made a remark that there are something strange happening on my left side of the neck. She made more images and videos of the left side. I could not do much but to wait for the specialist review in another 2 weeks time.

Oh you poor thing, I am so sorry, and I hope the left side turns out to be nothing. The waiting is the hardest part.

I hope you're feeling better from the cold and cough. It was a good idea to take a couple of days off work if you didn't feel well.
Nothing you can do about reinvesting dividends if they won't accept that amount any more. I hope you find something else to invest in that will accept the dividend amount.
Oh, wow! I hope things turn out well from the ultrasound examination. Good luck with it!

I do hope the review turns out okay but I'm sure it's worrying.

That’s a lot to deal with all at once. Being sick is frustrating enough, and the financial changes and health concerns just pile on the stress. I hope the ultrasound turns out to be nothing serious and that things start looking up for you soon. Take care and try to rest when you can!
