I have a flare up

Recently, I had a flare up. I have flakes all over my face, elbows, legs, almost all parts of my body is full causing itchiness and discomfort on my part. To help you understand, I have psoriasis which has been with me for several years already. I don't know if there are mylotters here who have the same experience as mine. I always wear long sleeves whenever I go out. With the climate now, it's really uncomfortable.

That sounds really tough. Psoriasis can be so frustrating, especially in hot weather. I hope you find some relief soon—do you have any go-to treatments that help ease the discomfort?

I have creams and lotions prescribed by my doctor to moisturize my skin. For the itchiness, I take citirizine.

I have eczema, changing weather from cold to hot is really terrible for my skin as well

It's an auto-immune disease which is hereditary. I got it from my father's side. Not all of us have it. In my father's family of 9, only a few of us have it at present. I had 2 late uncles who had it.
