Solar eclipse?

According to my horoscope, there's supposed to be a solar eclipse on the 29th, but it doesn't say where. It's supposed to be "an opportunity for you to nurture the parts of yourself and your life that need TLC or that tend to burn out, and to invest in the people that you most value." Maybe that's why I ate all those gummies yesterday. And now its sn*wiing again, sigh.

Solar eclipse? Hmmm, I'll check the weather sites to see if it's mentioned. So, have you bought more gummies?

No, haven't bought more gummies (yet)... haven't left the house, haven't even got dressed.

It’s a partial eclipse. Those are pretty common. Here’s an article about it.

Hmmm... Extreme eastern Canada (and Maine)... I probably won't see anything (assuming no clouds) being in southern Ontario.

Yeah, if it wasn't mentioned in the horoscope, I wouldn't have known about it, either.

I'm sorry it's snowing again... I'm glad it's too warm to snow here. I used to read my horrorscope back when I read newspapers and laughed about the predictions.

They are mostly funny but back in the late 60s, my gal pal and I were astonished at how accurate the ones in a British music mag were that summer.

@BarBaraPrz I've never seen "accurate" horrorscopes. But I am glad you experienced that at one time.

The first self-care thing to do is make sure you have the proper glasses if you look at the eclipse. Protect your eyes!

Yes, but I don't think it'll be visible here... long term forecast seems to indicate cloudy conditions on Saturday.

A solar eclipse seemed a big deal when I was a kid but they seem to have a lot of them nowadays. I guess I just didn't pay attention back then.
