It is very relevant these days, as I really am not sure how much time any of us have left in many ways.
Recently, walking outside, even in the pollution here has been something that has to be done, sick or not.
Though it is in preparation of what may come, it is still a sort of enjoyment to look at a bit of nature through the enormous amount of human made pollutants.
Anyway, do you just go and get outside when life gets to be too much?

Life is uncertain. You never know what will happen tomorrow. So, just do what you enjoy while you can.

That poet is smart. I have been feeling weird for dats. Doing some meditation and reading on spirituality.
Yes, sick or not we have to get on with it. I wish you could move to a pleasant spot.

Pretty and I both generally stay inside and find things to do online. We do have a huge back yard but at times, I wish we didn't.

Easier said than done. Most days I stay home. Don’t even go get the mail. I know that’s bad. Need change of scenery and fresh air but I just can’t get myself to leave the house.

I take in the view from my veranda and meditate. It has recently hit me that the saying - time waits for no man - or woman for that matter should be in the forefront of people's minds. Every second, every minute, every hour time marches on and we should make the most of what we have left.

In adversities it is a bit difficult to enjoy life but one must make an effort

I do try to get outside as often as I can.
I find my best place to be, when life gets to be too much, is with my family.
They bring me such emotional reassurance and always lift my spirits.
I do like the verse that you used on this post, quite nice.

We don't have any pollution here and now much at all at our permanent home. We're very lucky. Are there big industries near you?

Yeah sometimes I go for a walk around the block, workout, or nap. I know these options all differ but they are the options I use when life gets too much.
