I went shopping down town again this morning. I didn't really need to go in many shops today. I set off at about 10:45am, and I walked round the top path round Stowe Pool as usual. Then I went to the toilet by the Cathedral. I didn't need to go to the photo expert shop today, so I went straight to Holland and Barrett and got some black liquorice for my Mum and some red liquorice for me. My Mum didn't want anything from the down town Tesco again today, so then I went straight to The Works. My Mum wanted me to see if I could get some number stickers to put on cards. The lady who used to live next door to us, Joan, is 100 next week, and my wants to put the number 100 on the top of her birthday card. I did find some number stickers. There were some in silver and some in gold, so I got the gold ones. Then I got some blank cards and envelopes and some packs of coloured card and some packs of black card for my card making. After I'd payed for those, I set off to go to the Oxfam bookshop, but then I remembered I needed some wrapping paper for my sister-in-law's birthday present, so I went back to The Card Factory, which is next to The Works, and got some wrapping paper from there. 1 large sheet of wrapping paper cost 89p, and a talley cost 29p! I payed for those, and the lady asked me if I wanted it folding and putting in a brown paper bag, and I said yes. Then I went to the Oxfam bookshop to look for some books about Wales, but I couldn't find any. (I'd bought them all when I last went in! ) So I went out of there without anything. Next door to the Oxfam bookshop, Greggs, or what used to be Greggs, was being renovated. A big truck or something was outside it and when I went passed I could see they had gutted the place. Lastly I went to Iceland (the shop not the country). My Mum said she and Syd have gone off the Chinese Style Chicken curry and the Sweet and Sour chicken, but they still wanted the paella. So I got the paella, then I went to look in the Chicken freezer where the Hunter's Chicken is. My Mum says she doesn't want Hunter's Chicken every week, but she'd like something similar from the Chicken freezer, so I got her a garlic and mushroom chicken thing. Then I went and treated myself to an areo again, and then I went to pay. After I'd payed for those, I set off for home. When I got home my Mum wasn't back yet, because she had to go to the doctors straight after going to the house group that meets at Church. I put Mum's change on the coffee table. (She didn't give me the Tesco club card because I didn't need anything from Tesco, and she didn't give me a shopping list because I could remember what I needed to get). I unpacked the groceries and put them away. I put Mum's liquorice on her settee. I made a couple of videos then put them up on YouTube, then I had a banana and a packet of meat free bites for my lunch and I watched some telly. I went into my bedroom before my Mum got back from the doctors, and I did some work on the project a guy from Church has given me. (See above. I'm sorry if you can't see it very well, the light pencil marks don't show up very well on camera). What have you lot been getting up to today? I hope you are all well. Have a nice day/afternoon/evening/night.

It's not quite dinner time here yet and those chicken things sure sound good. What an interesting picture.

@sharonelton I walked around Fletcher Moss park in Manchester then went to Sainsbury’s where I discovered that a pigeon had pooed on my backpack. Very yucky and lots of it.

@sharonelton backpack got thrown up - the gunge was all through the works of the zippers, and I brought the coat back but it stinks and I was embarrassed taking it on the plane. Back home an hour ago.

I hope you enjoyed that. Not nice to be pooed on though! Did you manage to clean that up?

We went to the op shop today and I bought a jigsaw and a pair of Crocs. That's about all I've done so far.

I like the looks of your pencil drawing. I'll be working on naming beneficiaries for my insurance policy, etc. and getting info ready for the attorney that will be making out my new will.
