Well, we went to the Man Cave Expedition today at the county fairgrounds, and it was a good time just walking around and seeing what they had to offer. It was mostly LED signs, metal signs, beer cans, beer bottles and things of that nature. One beer can we saw was from a Waukesha, Wisconsin beer that they wanted $50 for.
Holy moly!
There was one booth that was a local company selling a Bloody Mary mix. It was $15 for a small jar of about 32 ounces. We don't even really like Bloody Marys, and there was no way I was paying $15 for it.
But being it was a local business, and they gave us free samples, we at least bought a koozie for $4. Still overpriced for a koozie, but hey, you're supporting a local business nonetheless, so what the hell?
It was fun seeing the stuff and so the money we spent to get in was worth it. We didn't buy anything but the koozie. We paid for mom's admission, so the whole excursion only cost us $19.
Not bad.

@kaylachan If we still had the pub room we had in our house in Wisconsin, I'd have likely bought something. But I don't have a pub room in the current house.

Some county fairs are still fun these days. Glad y'all enjoyed it. And didn't spend a fortune.

You saved! That compared to your current savings is little spending. Not bad at all.
