Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 44 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is just 51. No open windows today. I've been awake since 4am. I have no idea why. I just went with it and got up. Whatevs. My neighbor just dropped off Whiskey. He is running around here with his rubber chicken. No big plans for today other than meal prepping my lunches for the week. I'm sure I'll get up to some other stuff in the kitchen too. I'll keep myself busy. What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning! The clocks sprang forward an hour here overnight, so we’ve lost an hour already. It’s also Mothers Day here today, but my mother is, sadly, no longer around. And on that cheery note, I’ll bid you good day.

@NJChicaa There have been discussions over many years to scrap the time changes here in the UK (and I know elsewhere too), but nothing happens. They are pointless and serve no other purpose now than to mess with your body clock.

I had open windows here had to even at 36F. Walked a bit today but awfully tired. Hope your day was super Chicaa.

As I mentioned, my husband's 2nd cousin will be coming over today to help me do "stuff". She is going from room to room; and we are downsizing and decluttering. There is the basement and garage to do as well. I think she will drive both cars today.

Good morning. It's storming in my part of Missouri today. I'm sending the storms on to you in a couple of days. At least you shouldn't have to worry about the possibility of tornadoes with your storms. Enjoy your day
