Finally finished #13...

Finally, the detective realized what I realized, and they figured out that the person who committed the first "whoddunit" had committed another one twenty years before under another name, and at the end they solved that, something happened that I've been expecting to happen since three or four books ago, so...yeah. The story redeemed itself. 
Tomorrow after I get my fingerprints done, I need to go to the library and return this book, and then pick up two other books that I have on hold, and after that go and get a TB test. When I finally get home...? Tomorrow's going to be a day of running around.
