I made coffee in a glass tumbler today. I started with milk in the glass that I frother and then let the machine pour the coffee over it. Guess what - it layered like this. The white milk froth floated on top and the clearing espresso sank to the bottom leaving the brown tinged milk and coffee mix in the middle. Interesting isn't it. It all came together with a little stirring with sugar. How was your cuppa today.

That's pretty neat. I hope you're still practising doing patterns on the top.

That sounds very good. I never have had ginger in coffee, although I have had it with tea.

Espresso makes me bounce off the walls hyper so I'm not allowed to have it lol. My husband usually makes my coffee and it's usually good. There are days he's heavy on the sugar but it's not too bad lol.

I am not much into Coffee. I do sometimes have it in the office. At home, we only have it once in one or two months. More into Tea. I did had a Coffee machine in my company sponsored stay in Jersey City, US long time back (2010). It was kind of complex and frankly I could not make a good cup of Coffee from that. I think the machines that I see now are simpler and offer a much better variety. So how much did this machine cost you?

Yes, there are much easier to use machine nowadays. I like the more manual ones though.
