Hello! I know It's Been A While. Her's the Latest...

For those of you who may remember, I have a bully for a next-door neighbor, whom I call, “The Delusional One.” It’s three years, we’re on our fifth manager, and so far, nothing has been done, but she and the others we sarcastically call “The Fab Four” (as coined by our 99-year-old neighbor) have finally done something and been caught. I have a guide dog. A few short weeks after I got him, he got nervous and had an accident during the complex’s Thanksgiving party – which I cleaned up right away but has otherwise not had an accident since. Early in March, I heard a noise at my door and got up to investigate. My neighbor from directly across the hall was facing the door from about two inches away. I quickly opened my door, just in time to see “The Delusional One,” who was standing next to her scamper away. They’d hung a clear plastic glove with a piece of dog poop in it on my door and tied to blame Nicholas. That was not his poop, and they knew it. A day or two later, I learned that they had done the same to a man, who is on oxygen and lives upstairs. And, while they didn’t put any poop on the other two dog owners’ door, these idiots did put an envelope full of it into the rent drop box. Since we have been in between managers, the Regional Manager and Director of Compliant have been coming once a week. They held a tenant meeting and called it what it is—harassment. Since then, “The Fab Four” have been relatively quiet, and management claims my case is now in the hands of their boss(es). I am hoping the end result is four lease terminations and not just lease violations, but the ball is still in their court. I have noticed that the “The Fab Four” have been remarkably quiet lately, and I have not seen much of “The Delusional One” lately, except that she’s gone out every day this week. I know she met with the Regional Manager shortly after I signed my lease extension papers, and I sure hope she wasn’t doing the same. I’ve contacted the Division of Human Rights and will not hesitate to call USDA, Rural Development, and a housing lawyer and an Americans with Disabilities Act lawyer. Getting rid of “The Fab Four” will make this a happier living space for all.

What mischief-makers these four are. I hope that, between you all, you're able to send them on their way.

Sounds like you have some real loons for neighbors.I'm glad that we live in separate apartments and not in a complex. We have nice neighbors, most from other countries. So they aren't as crazy as American ones might be. Good luck with these.

I hope that you can live your life peacefully with your bordermates. Last night , they fought and then after the daughter of their family shouted at me then gave me some names like I can't make it , dumb , loser and other names that she would love to give me everyday. Same case here , but unlike mine, they use to curse people like me in our compound.
