Above is photographic evidence, if it were needed, of my horticultural prowess - a potato I planted at the beginning of March has poked its new nose through the soil to say hello. I don’t really eat potatoes that much, but they are easy to grow, and these ‘first earlies ’ should be ready for me to distribute among friends and family at the beginning of June. What are you good at growing?

I can/could grow pumpkins but that's about it.

@judyev I have a zucchini plant coming up among the flowers. Looks a bit out of place but it’s my garden.

We used to have a garden; but that was decades ago. I'm too old now to think about gardening; and it's not a favorite pastime anyway.

That's a pretty little potato! Dale just planted some potatoes and bought tomato plants today. He's just not able to have a large a garden as in the past, but hopefully this year's garden will do well.
