Busy Week!

We have been running and taking care of things again this week to have the weekend free again since we have another weekend of storms here. This is the 5th weekend in a row!
Today we knocked out the flea market. Hubby went with me to check the space and see if the plan to pull down the bookcase on top of the table and put legs under it to hold it up would work. I would have to remove another bookcase against the wall to do that and maybe a corner shelf too. So we ditched that idea for now.
I added some Easter stuff (basket/purse/booksacks/aprons/ceramic Easter Eggs in a crate, and two Easter ceramic decorations) to the booth. My oldest daughter had done a closest clean out and had a stack of clothes for me to add. I also added a box of Farmasi Magic Sponges, which are similar to Mr. Clean Sponges. They work very good.
Cleaning went very quickly and I enjoyed running into a couple of vendors that are nice a helpful people. I also got to catch up with one of my weekend workers.
We hit Subway on the way home since we missed lunch.
Both of us were drained (heat and humidity today were awful!) when we got home and we both opted for a nap.

Running errands can be exhausting..it was a good idea to get some nap. My Saturday has started here, morning was good and productive. I hope that the rest of the day goes well too.

My little front yard is basically just a pond now. Water, water, everywhere, and more coming down and more coming tomorrow.
You got a lot done, it was nice that your husband helped you. Hope you can get some rest now.

@MarieCoyle Ewww, the 20's! That's horrid! Still waiting on the thunderstorms here. It has now been pushed to 1 am.

We aren't supposed to get any rain tomorrow or Monday! But it's supposed to get really cold at night, Monday night back in the 20's with a possibility of a bit of snow. But it won't last, so I am not worried about it.

It started raining here... and then thunderstorms with lots of lightning... and then the toilet started backing up but, luckily didn't overflow. I left a sign in the bathroom sink for Pretty not to flush in case it overflowed.... I went in to wash dishes and the kitchen sinks filled up and wouldn't go down and, I also cooked a big pan of Mexican Lasagna... I finished the dishes and hoped the sinks didn't overflow... Then we got some hail and more rain... Then more thunderstorms went through dumping... you guessed it, more rain... Our high temp today was 52F and it kept raining until about 5 pm... Then at 6 pm, it started storming again. The thunder kept waking me up so you KNOW I was a happy camper. Around 7:30 pm it finally stopped raining. We still have heavy clouds but the rain is done until around 7 am and then my day yesterday is supposed to start all over again except the predicted high here is around 45F...

I'm seeing several tornadoes touched down in Mississippi, Kentucky and flooding in Tennessee and Arkansas. Very bad weather. Our storms start at 8 or 9 tonight. They keep getting pushed. The severe weather for us starts after midnight here. It's going to be a long night!

@kareng I hope you don't see any really bad weather tonight..
The storms are supposed to start again after 9 pm here and, then the temp will drop below freezing and it's supposed to snow late tonight and tomorrow morning. It won't stick but I hope there aren't any accidents before it all melts off, too.

It's great that your hubby helps you. You must have got exhausted. Better take a nap. After half an hour I'll leave for home. It will take me 7-8 hours to reach there.

@kareng I'm back home. Got home at 8 p.m. I was completely exhausted. Fell fast asleep within seconds after lying on my bed. Now I'm feeling fresh.
