Medical expense reimbursement

I get full reimbursement of medica expenses from my husband's office. I submit this once a year and it is hard task surely. I have to put together bills datewise for the whole year separate them - dental, eyes and general, put separately consultation and blood work. And when I was putting together everything some bills were not clear as the printing was overtyped. I had to send them to the pharmacy to re-do those There were 19 such bills. It is money after all and the effort is worth every Rupee that will be reimbursed.
