Today's baking project: homemade cinnamon rolls

I've made these before and they are really good. They aren't difficult and much like the English muffins I made yesterday they just take time. As I always say--if I can do it anyone can do it.
The dough is on the first rise. I think my neighbor wants to go out soon so it might wind up overproofed. We shall see! The paras will be happy tomorrow or the next day when I bring them into work.

I used to make those. Also used to make sticky buns with pecans in a syrup on the bottom, which became the top when served.

I love cinnamon rolls but I have never tried to make them. If I did, I´d have to eat them before I baked them. I cannot stan the smell of them without having my mouth all watery.

At our last house I had the counter space to make things like that. In this house, I don't. I used to cook a lot more at the last house than I do here. I miss homemede cinnamon rolls!

I love them. Not hard to make but very hard to only eat just one!! I generally make them and share them to avoid that problem!! So yummy.
