* Baby rabbits are called kittens.

* In the 1830s tomato ketchup was sold as medicine claiming to cure ailments such as diarrhea, indegestion and jaundice.
* There is a fruit called black sapote that tastes like chocolate pudding and grows in Central and South America.
* A human can go one month without eating food but, only 7 days without water.

It’s weird how the national animals of the UK countries are either mythical or not native. Wales has the dragon, and England the lion. I don’t think Ireland has one. It might have been a snake, but they were all driven out by Saint Patrick, don’t you know.
On a side note: I do like your new profile photo. I used to think Betty Boop was cute. There was a singer here in the 90’s called Betty Boo, who was also cute when she was “Doing The Doo”.
I’ve always had problems with diarrhoea……………problems spelling it.

It is rather odd. More in a mythical vein than real.
There was a good Betty Boop impersonator around for a while. Maybe that was her.
I have had trouble with that word too. Have been successful lately though.

@celticeagle it really is and i was supposed to read that book for our literature class but i didn't; it makes sense now cause it's too long
