Called the Office and didn't get the answers I wanted to hear. Bu they DID say to come on in to see the cast doctor. I went and didn't have to wait. I explained about the cast bruising me, and he cut a small amount off, but said he really couldn't cut it like I was asking. But it IS better. I saw how to take it off and put it back on.
He also said I could get it wet, but would have to take it off to dry it. SO..I figure I will take my shower then take it off and while it is drying, I will do the bone treatment machine. I am a little worried about taking it off to take the shower, as I might slip and automatically I would catch myself with that arm...which could cause MORE damage. It is just better to get the cast wet and be safe.
Tom and I were not real hungry, so I fixed the Jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. I got them saturday at Walmart Deli. You bake them for a total of 30 minutes. We each had 4 a piece. They are awesome.

To bad that you can't get it to stop hurting you. But at least you know how to take it on and off.

I'm glad you were able to get a little bit of relief with the cast.

Better to get it wet if that is a safer bet. I am happy that you are feeling much better after the cast is cut a bit. How long you have to keep with it?

Your meal sounds delicious. Good luck with the cast. I'm sure you'll be very careful about not falling in the shower.
