I slept so much yesterday while I was sick that I did not sleep very soundly last night. That is okay. I am still very well rested.
I made oatmeal for my breakfast, with add ins like chia seed and almond flour. Dates for sweetness. It is time to head out the door.
When I have been out for a day it takes me a while to get my bearings when I get back, so here I go. . . leaving a little early just in case.
Did you sleep well? Are you a breakfast person. I definitely am, although I did not really eat anything until 11 yesterday morning.
Bob is up, I need to do his eyedrops.
It should be a pretty nice day.

I slept really well last night because I took muscle relaxers for my back. I don’t often do that, but my back needed it, and quite frankly, I needed the sleep.
I do love breakfast most of the time, but this morning I find myself low on food. Time for a grocery store visit.

I slept hard and thru the roosters all crowing and throwing a fit at 4 am this morning, so yes, I slept good. Upon checking the coop at 6:30 everything seemed fine out there, so they must of scared whatever was thinking about getting in away! Hope you have a great day!

I have a horrific time trying to sleep. It's not unusual for me to be up 24-48 hours. As far as breakfast goes, I either like a donut and coffee or something like pancakes or biscuits and sausage gravy. I can get none of that now that my hubby is gone and I can't cook anymore. I'm glad you're feeling better.
