Friday! Let's Get the Weekend Started!

Happy Friday everyone!
It's been a busy week here and looks to be a busy day today and also for the weekend, or at least tomorrow (Saturday).
I'm up early today because 1) my husband said something was happening in the chicken coop this morning around 4 am. I slept through it but he managed to tell me when I woke up around 6:15 this morning. I decided to get up and get dressed and go check it out. Didn't see anything and all the chickies looked fine.
I have started breakfast and have a nice hot cup of coffee here to combat the chilly morning. We had a low of 50 last night and back to the 40's tonight. Daytime highs are back to normal for this time of the year here at mid to high 70's. Hoping this trend lasts and the overnight temperatures get back up into the mid 50's. That's perfect for no heat and no AC!
We will be running errands here today and then I will need to get ready and pack the car up for an event tomorrow. No rain or storms in the forecast...knock on wood!

I went to my appointment with the cupping/massage lady, then visited the bank, post office, and pharmacy. I then stopped off to see my dad as it’s always nice to check up on him and his wife.
What didn’t I do? Finally get a shot of the redbuds like I said I’d do on a sunny day. I hope I remember this weekend, but I’m beginning to doubt my memory.

Just work online for the most part, and alittle bit in the room that the desk is going to go into. I am trying to get the ink stain off the desk I am giving for donation. plus juggle some stuff around so they can get in there easily. From what you were saying about the chicken coop, I was wondering if a coyote got in there or something?

I'm glad the chickens were OK. I worked on finalizing my beneficiaries for my insurance policy, etc. and making a list of who to contact if I should pass.

@LindaOHio I do believe that. His son's were fixing to move him closer to them into a 55+ community. I wish that they had done that earlier where both would have been able to visit him more often. Just sad!

@LindaOHio I can't imagine starving myself either. My cousin lost over 100 lbs since mid Jan. it looks like. Very sad!

I fed cats at home because mom was out and electric bill had been paid. I will study and take down notes. I will clean up my cellphone storage so that more memory my cellphone will have.

I look forward to this time of year when the temps are warmer at night. I can finally turn off my heated blanket. And look forward to less costly heating bills.
