Karma for Hubby on Mowing Down My Elderberry Trees

Remember the other day when my hubby was mowing? I had asked him where he was going to start mowing at because I wanted to dig up some Elderberry trees that were just popping up. He told me the opposite side of the house, front of house and then the side the Elderberry trees were on. I said perfect, I will dig them up and be done by the time you get around to that side of the house. But, he started on the side where the Elderberry trees were and cut them down FIRST thing. Sounds intentional, right? I don't think it was, I just think he forgo. But he was mad. I let him stew and took a nap. Fast forward to yesterday. My husband had planned on changing the oil in the tractor. I had already helped him drain the oil and switching buckets out to capture the oil. He just needed to add new oil. I had an afternoon planned with 2 of my high school girlfriends. I had left the house and was on my way to meet them when the phone rang. It was my husband ticked off because his new transfer pump to add oil to the engine worked for 3 seconds and stopped. Karma. Karma. Karma. So today that is one of our stops on the errand list. Buy a new pump, but a better one! Photo Credit: Pixabay, Public Domain

@kareng My hubby turned into a curmudgeon in his old age. Grumpy old man.

Revenge from the compost heap! Still, it sounds a bit costly to get a new pump

It wasn't too bad. This was a cheap one, so again he got what he paid for it. One day he will learn to go ahead and buy something that should last.
