A short night leads to a long day

Tuesday nights my daughter and I talk on the phone. I call her at 8:30, we talk until after ten. I then am wide awake and stay up a while longer. Last night I went to bed at midnight, and was awake before 4:30, I don't know why. Today I left work promptly. We drove to Newton to shop and eat. I was insisting that hubby should buy some new shoes, and there were vitamins and other things I needed at Walmart. We had Reuben combo meals at Arby's, then went to Dillons to pick up some prescriptions for Bob and a few groceries. We have been home about an hour and a half. It is definitely time for bed and past it, actually.

Sleep well! I have a “short night,” because I have to get up before 9 AM (yeah, I know, cry me a river) for a doctor’s appointment.

A Reuben sounds good. My husband used to ask for extra sauerkraut. I hope you got some rest.

If I go to bed too early, it takes me forever to go to sleep.
