Yesterday's Ride!

We had planned on continuing our yard work yesterday, but we were both feeling the stretched and pulled muscles. The joys of getting old!! I had told my husband that we needed to ride to Brookhaven to Home Depot and pick up some garden soil while it was on sale. He asked if I wanted to go do that and then come back to the house and work in the yard after lunch. I said sounds good to me! We got ready to go and I asked him to check the Home Depot website to make sure they had this item in stock, reminding him that the last trip there was a wasted trip. He found out that they had 0 bags in stock, which I found amusing, but hey who knows? We decided to go to the location in Hattisburg, MS to get the soil, which was a little bit further away. No complaints--a ride was better than yard work.. We decided to eat lunch before picking up the soil, so it wouldn't be out in the open in the back of our truck while eating. We enjoyed a nice lunch at Logan's Roadhouse. It was a toss up since there were so many places to choose from that we don't have in our area. Next trip over there it will be Steak and Shakes!
