Heel Pain

United States

Hello mylot, been a minute since I've been here. I have busy. But, I've had to slow down, because of pain in my heels. Boy, does it hurt. Can't get much done, can't stand very long. It happened all of a sudden, and I am just miserable. I just sent a friend of mine to Walmart, to get some heel pads, sure hope they work. We have nice weather. How are things going with you? Hope to see you all later.

Try and pace yourself. I'm sure things will be fine.

That sounds painful, do you have any idea what has caused it?

I can’t imagine having pain in my heels like that. It sounds terrible! The weather isn’t bad here, just terribly windy.

I hope the pads help. It's awful when you can stand or walk without pain.

It could be plantar fasciitis. I had to go to a podiatrist; and he stuck a needle in the heel and broke the "balloon" that forms.

I have been wondering where you were and if you were okay. Take it easy with that pain and don't over do it! I've been dealing with nerve pain again in my legs. Getting old is not the Golden Years as they claim!
