Ah, Spring!

Thursday could have passed for summer. But today and the next few days will likely be a little chill and wet.
I did not go out and mow with my new mower yet, but it will wait until Monday.
There are clothes in the dryer I want for our trip, and I am busy cutting and plating goodies to take. That means I have sampled too many sweets this evening. You know I had to make sure they turned out all right.
I made two new recipes I saw online. . . lemon fudge and chocolate mocha fudge. I also made an improvised version of avalanche bars. In my mind I am considering making up a type of strawberry fudge.
Making goodies for the holiday to share takes care of me eating it all.
Maybe I am tired enough to rest now. We shall see.
The weather is causing me headaches.

I am no longer impressed by seasons as there are no seasons these days It rains in months it should not and so on

Strawberry fudge? Interesting. My grandson would love it. He likes strawberries very much.
