Caramelized bread pudding

It gets the taste almost like a chocolate pudding when it is caramelized.
I put layers of left over pieces of bread in a caramelized bowl and over each layer I put milk that has sugar and eggs in it. The next layer will have nuts and the process continues until the milk gets used.
I steam the bread pudding.
I love this snack.

@allknowing Bourbon is a whisky. To make the sauce you combine butter, sugar, four tablespoons of dairy cream and a couple of tablespoons of Bourbon, you heat until it thickens and you pour over the bread pudding.

Tastes great too. That slight bitterness of the caramel gives it an exotic taste.
