First vacation of the year at last - it's been quite a long cold and wet winter but Spring is sprung and the sun is shining brightly on us now. And the temperature is 15C!! We have been here twice before and my wife said she wanted to come here again before she died, so here we are. Having nearly lost her on Feb 2023 I tend to act quickly on suggestions or requests she makes but she made a really good recovery and has not needed medical intervention since. Jimlos care package works well lol. Anyway, the vacation. It's a lovely place, a wigwam/pod holiday park. It's out in the country just over 100 miles north of where we live. The last time we were here it was late October and we had the place to ourselves. It's looking very quiet again which suits us very well. It's a self contained wooden pod with a double bed, a fridge and kettle and a toaster. There is also a communal kitchen and lounge - I will attach images to let you all see how nice it is. Just shortly we will be going 10 miles to the nearest town to buy some food to cook for Dinner and pick up a few other things also. I hope it's going to be a long bit summer, I really do.
