Poor Hubby Isn't Feeling Well

First hubby had the allergy crud that I had for two weeks making us weak and snotty. Now hubby's got gastrointestinal issues coming out both ends. He can't nap like I do but he just laid down on the sofa in my office to stretch out because he doesn't feel well. He won't be able to sleep until it's dark, which is still 5 hours from now. His back hurts too, so he's not comfortable sitting in his regular living room chair. Maybe he pulled something at the gym this morning. I wish there were something I could do to make him feel better. He appreciates that I just leave him alone when he doesn't feel well.
