I cannot believe it. Time flies so fast! My daughter will soon be graduating from senior high and will be a college freshman at a university soon. In two and a half weeks, she will be graduating and in August, she will be busy with her new chapter in life. Good luck and God bless to her

I really hope she does well in college and gets a great job when she graduates! Do girls also go into the army there or is it only the boys that do ROTC?

@rakski You're welcome. I hope you're right. I wouldn't have liked being forced to do military stuff. I never did take orders very well. Even mom stopped trying to force me to do things because I'd get stubborn until she was forced to punish me to make me do what she wanted but, if she asked me to do something, I'd do it... I'm pretty sure military people wouldn't agree to ask me to do things.

@DaddyEvil back in my college years until such time ROTC disappeared, it was only for male students for two years. Recently ROTC has been re-installed again.

All the best to your daughter! My eldest just got an offer from Ateneo de Manila. We are still waiting for the other universities to issue results. I'm just glad that there's already one university that accepted her.

@almostoveryou nice! I hope she will pass that! when my daughter was younger, she wanted to take those university exam in Japan and Korea. But since she is leaning in medical field, she opted to study here since it is better to have English as mode of communication What course will she take there?

Time really does fly so fast. One of our neighbours kids just started Uni at 18 and it doesn't seem like yesterday that she was running about our garden as a 10 year old playing with her pals. Now she is all grown up and even driving her own car.
