Indian Cricket Team Performance

i think it was a pathetic performance by the indian team and it was expected aslo

Shameful performance by each and every player there.It doen not seems a team to me .now lets see what they will do in tests.

Sorry I don't follow cricket, so I don't know what's going on in the game.

the perfomance of indians in sa was too poor....not a single player played well...nobody took the responsibility of playing well.......i dont know how this happend to india........

there will be ups abd downs now india is in down stage will soon regain its position back..

Well the indian team's performance has been poor not only in south afric but even before that.I think on the whole Indians lack an attitude to win.Many times it can be seen that they get a very good start in batting or bowling but they always fail to deliver that final punch.Like for example in the 2nd odi of this ongoin series,SA were 76/6 but than they went on to score 274.Fitness of our fast bowlers is yet another big issue which is never taken seriously in India.We had so so many promising fast bowlers,but they are all suffering from injuries.When Ajit Agarkar n Zaheer Khan came to the international scene they used to bowl upto 145kmh easily but due to several injuries they are not able to bowl fast now.Remember the famous series win Pakistan.Ther star of that series wer Pathan n Balaji,while Pathan is struggling to find his form Balaji has never played a match since who knows how many months.Remember Ashish Nehra's magical spell of 6 wkts against England in the World Cup.Sadly he too is out of the team due to injury.There is another query that why is India unable to produce a genuine quick bowler.We never had a genuine quick bowler in our cricket history.Isnt that shameful,but i think the reason for that is the lack of good cricket stadiums in our country.There is no place to play cricket in our country.Children play on roads where they cant run n bowl with full speed.When u take a satellite view of sydney u can see that there more space empty than constructed.There is enough place to play cricket.Where can our young fast bowler play?We dont hav grounds in our residential areas plus if we play on streets there is problem from traffic n neighbours.So BCCI should spend money on infrastructure n build large no. of cricket stadiums.I live in jodhpur.Rajasthan is the biggest state in India,but we have just 2 cricket stadiums,1 in jaipur n other in jodhpur.That is the reason y u dont see a rajasthani in our national team.
