I dont spend alot of time on here either, but I am slowly making some money. I am almost at the payout. just use it when you can, and make good posts, and you will make some money.

Ive done about 150 posts/ responses and have about 7.50.

I don't spend all that long here, typically its about 15 minutes before I go to work and maybe half an hour in the evening at the moment, and its very worthwhile indeed. I reckon on making at least $50 a month doing that. Only you can decide whether that is worth your effort or not. I have also had some really fascinating discussions with people, so you need to take that into account!
