I know a little, I never called a suporter for fix any problems in my pc, but there times, that my pc become slow, because virus, so I format it, but I think that really I know my pc, but no much. I think that everybody knows a little about his pc, because they uses it every day, so the people learn how fix software and hardware problems, computer science is becoming most popular in the last years. Oh yes i can do that pretty easily That is because of the reason that i have tested everything, literally everything on my old Computer It has been ages since i went for an engineer to fix up problems I do it on my own

I can rectify almost all of the problems in my PC.
