Is it always possible to speak the truth? I often feel sometimes, even if not intentionally, I need to tell lies.
It is the situation that makes me do so.

It is possible to always tell the truth. I am not saying be blunt or rude about it. Like if a woman asks you if that dress makes her look fat. If it does, just say that you prefer other things on her, or that is not your favorite dress. Never bring the subject of fat into it. This is not lieing, it is dancing around the question so as not to get her feelings hurt. As with children there is no need to keep everything from them. Yet there is nothing wrong with letting them be little and have the only time in their lives that is carefree. If they ask you a question flat out, lets say is Santa real. That answer would be yes. No need to go into a full blown discussion with them about it.

Yes. It is always better to speak the truth because you donot loose tany things practically instead you gain a goodwill of thousands of people. If one practices the truth, you hate telling lies. You have to be lied. I am trying to practice absolute truth which is very difficult. Like you are suppose to assure the patient in a hospital that he will get well soon because the doctor will give good treatment. Some people need such assurances to get their blood circulate properly (I mean recovery). But the truth doctors have said is that his life is very short due to some dreaded disease. Whether to tell the patient truth or half truth or lie. This is still a dilemma.

I try to speak the truth at all times. Sometimes it depends on the situation.

It is possible, but some people just cannot handle the truth all the time.

I think it can be hard to be commited to the truth 100% there will always be certaint things we as humans would prefer to gloss over than tell the real story.

I try to speak the truth all of the time but I fall short of that, no one tells the truth all of the time everyone lies. But it is better to put in effort to tell the truth and be honest then lie when you lie it only causes more problems , that lie also continues to grow and grow. So on the inside you feel worse for even telling that little lie when if you told the truth you wouldn't have to worry as much.

I always speak the truth. I find lying just makes matters worse and hurts people.
