They say that males are supposed to have an intake of 2,700 calories per day and females are supposed to have an intake of 2,000 calories per day. Would you say that your calorie intake is more or less than is recommended?

I hardly ever reach the recommended amount. When we eat out, I can easily reach it though lol. (We don't do that too often.) I think I usually average around 1,000 or less. How about you?

Though I'm health concious, I do not rather cannot count my calorie intake. I think one should eat enough food which keep him/her all the day active and when they hit the bed, they should not feel tired excessively. If they feel tired, they can have a look at their menu and make a change accordingly. It has less to do with calorie.
