When I work on my computer, I often forget to eat so I guess eating often and not so much at a time could be a solution. I am working on this.

Exercise and adjusting your diet are the most important things. I don't so much watch WHAT I eat (in fact, I eat anything) as much as I watch HOW MUCH I eat. Exercise raises the body's base metabolism (how much you metabolize at rest), and protein is what muscles need to grow. Proteins, however, are harder to digest, which is why you need to raise the metabolism to handle it. Carbs are "marathon" calories. They take longer to burn off, but they are also longer lasting energy. Just try to balance your diet, and keep exercising. Best of luck to you! Aloha!

To get rid of overweight one can do teh following things:
1. Stop eating junk food.
2. Resort to regular excercise.
3. Have a lot of water.
4. Have a sound 8 hours sleep.
5. Keep yourself buzy in somthing or the other, dont sit idle. The idea is to burn the calories.
