Eating a spoon of honey in the morning (or also in the evening) burns fat!But You must eat it as the first thing in the morning!:)Also honey massage is very good fat burner!Tried and tested!And much chaper than cremes and pills!

here's something interesting i want to share with all you there at mylot.. my friend , lost exact five kilos in a short span of one week...n how? just by nothing but dancing 2 hours everday.. i feel dancing is the best exercise,...

tenetene Maybe she/he lost it because she is not doing regular exercise. I dance 5 times a week and it is not so easy to lose weight, because body starts to form muscels and they weigh also!

I am trying lots of things, avoiding sugar and eating fibres, protein drink and so on. It helps a little but I guess I need to get rid of stress and excercise more. Please tell me, what has worked for you?
