Three teens were throwing eggs at car as they drove in the neighborhood in COLUMBUS, Ohio. A 14 year old teen hit a van or a truck with some men in it, when they hit this vehicle the people turned around and started firing shots at the teen he got hit and died.
This teen was wrong to be throwing eggs, but did he have to die? What do you have to say on this?

This is very tragic no the teen should not have thrown the eggs but he did not deserve to die for doing it.The men in the van need to be locked up for shooting at the teen and killing him that is just awful.

The child should not have been throwing eggs no, and no they shouldn't have had to die over it....but then again the men couldn't thought when they heard the impact that is was something other then eggs being thrown at them. And parents should be teaching their children then to be out in the streets trying to cause trouble.
All in all if it wasn't the child's time to go, he would not have been hit, end of story....sad but so true.

The 2 boys that got awy should be charged with muschief and with damaging a vehicle and putting someone a risk. The boy was shot would have received the same charges. The man who shot the boy should be charged with second degree murder(hard to prove premeditated) but since he chased the lads,he wa under no threat and used excessive force and should be charged with that too. That I believe would be according to the law.

No, the teens had no business throwing eggs. But they did not deserve to die. I sure hope the shooter is going to be charged to the max. Obviously, those people that were kit can not deal with anger.
If my car was hit while driving through my neighborhood and I saw the teens, I would probably turn around too and address the teens...warn them that they could get into some serious trouble or on the consequences of their actions. If that did nothing, then I would call the police and invlove them.
But by no means, did they deserve to be shot at!!!
Wow! These days are getting crazy!

Wow.
Thats awful.
Killing someone over eggs,
Will the people of the world ever learn!
Yeah, He shouldn't have threw eggs,
But couldn't they just have told him of or something.
Why do people think they have the right to take a life so young over fun...

i do not think the men who were in the car which got hit meant to shoot at the boys, who shoots someone for hiting a car, maybe they have thought something else at that time, but if they did shoot only for the reason that the kid hit their car then i think it was not justified.

Obviously the teen did not deserve to die for just throwing eggs. It's unfourtanate that someone would react like that, and I think they deserve to be punished. I would assume that there will be a charge for murder, because I doubt that you can claim self-defense when it was just eggs being tossed, but who knows. Sad story because i've been egging before back in my younger days, and I'm glad I don't do it anymore for reasons exactly like this one. Sometimes people really react unexpectidely and sometimes you're in the wrong place and the wrong time. My prayers go out to the victims family.
