Some of my favorites for baked potatoes.... ranch dressing & bacon, cheddar cheese and sour cream, cream of broccoli soup, chili and cheese, broccoli and cheese, thin sliced steak and cheddar with sour cream (we call these smashed potatoes with steak). Potatoes are a real staple in our family! Must be the Irish background? LOL

I like baked potatoes with butter, sour cream, bacon bits, and chives. My favorite way to eat potatoes is to cut them in little cubes and cook them with butter and put a lid on the skillet so they come out real soft.

To make the potatoes tasty and yummy, I prefer "thousand island dressing". A tinge of mustard on the spud can make it quite delicious.
