dwelling is just wasted time and takes away from your present :)

sometimes... but not for long and i straight away go back to the present again...

It's a natural reaction I think to circumstances you wished were different, though dwelling is pointless without a direction.

I always remind myself : I can't change the past but the present and the future ..that help"s :)
