I like style of Dumas. "Three musketeers" is classic but so is "Twenty years after", it's my favorite by him. If you like adventure books, have you read something by Thor Heyerdahl? Especially his "Kon-Tiki" is great, an adventure book but also it's real. They really sailed on a little balsa float over half of the Pacific Ocean...

That's a good question. It's hard to say for me which book is my favourite one but I love everything I read so far by Terry Pratchett, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and JK Rowling.
If I would have to state a book as my favourite which is not written by any of them I'd certainly choose 'Nerverland' by Neil Gaiman. This book is just awesome!
