rudz11 well for i dont trust those non sense non fat what so ever, they maybe bad for your health, as for me i go to the gym for 2 to 3 hrs 3 days a week, coz physicaly in gym you would burn a fats around 30% more... so i ay go to the gym.

rudz11 since we were young my parents teach us to eat in a very good manner, specially when we are outside our house, and with guest, coz this is the way it will reflect what you are inside you as a person.
