I found discussions about several things here. But strangely no TT players here. Guess everyone is busy playing. Pals, if you see this, post your comments about Table Tennis. I play the game for the last 12 years and there is no other game that require this much reflex, agility and still safe.

whats the benefit of working full time pal. find time to relax and play. Not only that it gives mental relaxation, but it also gives you a healthy body

i personally beleive its great for me. it will keep me fit, in-tone my reflexes, make me more agilie, and strengthen my muscles.
i personally play for around 6 hours a week (damn its a lot eh) i play semi-proffesional in that i play in tournaments and the such, but i don't earn an income from it. i play both singles and doubles with my high shcool friend who has been playing at the same club as me since high school.
its a great game and its one of my favs!

Me too. I play TT for the last 12 years now. I had been the district champion in my district and had played upto the quarter finals level in state competitions. Had won several other prizes in TT. It need a lot of concentration and fitness to play and I forget everything when I am playing. Thanks for the reply

i was addicted to that sport when i was in high school and even until now but i don't have the luxury of time anymore. i played at tournaments then and whenever see some varsity players i can't help but get jealous. sadly, it would be difficult to balance study and play in college. but i do hope i can play again in the later years. i did not only gain physical or health benefits by playing it. it required focus, speed and strategy.

I USED TO BE A TABLE TENNIS CHAMP IN MY SCHOOL DAYS. I STARTED PLAYING TABLE TENNIS ON MY SOPHOMORE YEAR. i DIDN'T EXPECT THAT SOMEBODY WILL TAKE NOTICE OF HOW I PLAYED THE GAME. I WAS TRAINED EXTENSIVELY AND MY SCHOOL SENT ME TO PLAY WITH OTHER SCHOOL. lUCKILY I GOT THE TROPHY. I WAS THE DEFENDING CHAMPION FOR ALMOST FOUR YEARS. i BECAME A CAMPUS CELEBRITY. I REALLY LOVE PLAYING TABLE TENNIS. BUT NOW THAT I'M OLD, I NO LONGER POSSESS THE KINF OF REFLEX AND AGILITY THAT I USED TO HAVE. BUT ITS A GOOD FEELING TO REMEMBER THOSE DAYS.
