CONFESSIONS...lighten ur heart...

yes it does, but only on confiding in a selected few. i have a few ppl in my life who really care selflessly, it is on confessing to them makes me lighten up. whenever i am the guilty i wud always want to talk out my heart to them and i know they wud understand and shelter me even if i am all to blame. sometmes i even confess to myself and go thru a purgation, that too helps, quitec a bit. thanx
