Sunayna611 Butter is my weakness too and even I have gained wait in past one month.I have taken a resolution to reduce 10Ks by feburary end.For this I do Yoga and follow Swami Ramdasa.you must be aware of him.I would suggest you to keep a proper check on your fat intake....
