Seeking Guidance...

Atlast I have 2 job offers in hand...and I am still confused.The reason being: The first job is paying me well but it's a small company(just started 5 years back) and has a niche market.The second company is a known reputed (BRAND)listed company; but the salary isn't that well and the work pressure is high(quite a demanding job).
The first choice is good for short run; but thinking long term the second option promises a career growth.
I am very confused whether to go for money or growth???Plz. help.
