how old were you when your hair began to turn gray?

40years old. also the same year I had my stroke. My life and health went to pots at age 40. Now 51 and never felt better

It havent happen to me yet.

I was probably about 30 or so when I spotted the first gray hairs on my head. So I pulled them out! I'm 39 now, and I'm finding quite a few, and still I just pull them out. People say, "Don't do it! You'll get eight gray hairs for every one you pull out!" But you know, I think that's a lot of baloney.
