I am interested in what people think of this company, the "business opportunity", their business plan, their marketing strategies and anything related to Amway. Also, why do you feel the way you do.

Does that really answer the question?
Where are you getting that statistic?
And, is that money coming from selling tools or product flow? That makes a huge difference.

Amway has been in business for over 40 years. If you wanted to pick an opportunity, I would think that this one would be a good one since it's still going strong after so long! You just need to like selling, being a salesman or having parties!

Amway is not really about selling. Not exactly. The idea is to sell the business concept, not the product. Of course the product sales are a part of the Amway business, but if that is all you do then you are really just running a home based convience store. The idea is to recruit others to run THEIR home based convenience store for themselves (and consequently) for you. The question is if people quit at ANY level then they must be replaced. Even if I am at a very high level, the quitters under me must be replaced so SOMEBODY has to be recruiting at all times !!!! And, the newest people can only buy at a discount until they recruit others. Adding people WHO BUY to your network becomes the key.
