Anybody had tofu? What kind? Ever had orange tofu, it tastes just like orange chicken! The resturant called Pick Up Sticks has Orange Tofu. Im more of a meat person myself, however, you can find some awsome tofu recipes........

I love to use tofu in cooking and baking. It's very versatile and can take on any flavors/seasonings in the recipe. It makes a nice "chicken" salad after marinating and baking it and then mixing with mayo, celery, anything you like. I like using it in Asian stir frys, casseroles, "meat"loaf, and baked desserts and pudding. We always order a tofu dish when we eat out at Chinese restaurants. We especially like Hunan Tofu and General Tso's Bean Curd.

I really don't mind tofu, but I've found that it has too much sodium and I shouldn't eat it anymore lest I get headaches. I haven't had orange tofu and would love to try that because I love orange chicken. We have Pick Up Sticks in my region and next time I see that restaurant, I may go in and try that. But, you are also right in that you can find some really awful tofu recipes, especially if the person preparing it doesn't know what they are doing in how they make it.

Oh, I just noticed that you said awesome, not awful. Well, you can also find some awesome recipes, too, like you said.
