The best way is to play a sport because it´s more healthy and more funny...

I am doing both to loose my weight.going to gym for weekly three days.Playing tennis on the alternate days.i think both are good exercises.,because i am maintaining the same weight for the past 3 months. For me going for shopping in big malls is also one kind of exercise.

Swim is a good one. I really like swimming in the sea.

Whatever it takes to get you to excercise. I prefer a combo of the both. I play soccer, run, bike, go on the elliptical, jump rope, lift weights. The best thing is to vary your excerise. you need strength training along with cardio to burn weight and build muscle. If you build muscle, you will burn more calories while "at rest", thus losing weight faster.

they are both really good for exercising..anything that makes you break a sweat is exercising. I guess its up to the person on which way they want to shed the pounds.. me i prefer dancing..because its fun, i like to do it and it is a form of exercise.

I workout at the gym 4-5 times a week and play hockey with my buddies 2-3 hours everytime. So I do my part in exercising.

I have never played hockey, but it looks like it would work off a lot of calories!
