do you like fruitcake?

No I would have to say that I definitely do not like any fruit in my cake!!!! And especially fruitcake which is usually loaded with it. But others in my family totally love it!!! It's just not for me!!!!

Yes, I like it unless its stale. Some fruitcakes are better than others. Usually the ones with more fruit than cake are more moist.

fruitcake is the best cake ever. i like it alot especially when it has the rum in it, it gives it a little more flavor. all the variety of fruits that are used in it is also very delicious too. Christmas would never be good without any fruitcake.

I like fruit cake, its very good. I have had some that was dry and not very good. My Aunt makes fruit cake for the holidays, I am looking forward to receiving my cake this Christmas.

It's okay, but not one of my favorites. My grandmother used to make fruitcakes every year, but they weren't really appreciated by most of the family ;)

I have never had a traditional fruit cake. My mom makes a different version of it. It still has the weird colored cherries and raisins, but the difference is that the rest of the stuff in it is gumdrops. It is pretty good, but very sweet. All of the kids seem to love it.

I remember one of my relative made me try it. It was something they made so all the family had to try it. The cake part was ok, but the fruit was horrible. I will never eat a piece again! LOL

I love fruitcake. Especially when it's really moist and is made with a little spiced rum.

As a kid I always hated it --my grandparents always gave us one for Christmas, which seemed to weigh about 10 lbs. We all tried to avoid eating it. Now I like it, it's sweet and fruity and has rum in it. Maybe it's just because I've gotten older... maybe I'll like rocking chairs in a few years, LOL...
