malcido I go shopping much more frequently than I would like to admit. Either me or my husband make a purchase at least twice per week. Most weeks the number is closer to 3.

malcido I love so many different vegetables. It is really quite difficult to choose just one. I think celery is my current favorite. I love it as a seasoning in just about everything, especially soups, but it is absolutely wonderful when dipped in hummus. Yum!

malcido We are not quite unschoolers, but very relaxed homeschoolers. That said, we do keep the same schedule all year. 5 weeks on, 1 week off; we take an additional week for Christmas, Easter, and the first week of summer.
