malcido I use a cassette adapter instead of an FM transmitter---but I suppose most newer cars do not have cassette players any longer ;0 I have an IPOD and am totally addicted to podcasts! I do have lots of music on it, but listen to podcasts 80% of the time.

malcido good point! I have only one cat so it isn't such a big job for me. I don't bathe him very often, but occasionally it is necessary. Luckily he behaves pretty well for baths, but I get the feeling that he is the exception to the rule!

Does anyone know a really good hair treatment? I have hair down to my bum and I get the worst knots in it I find I am ripping half my hair out when I brush it, I have tried lot of conditioners. Does anyone have a home remedy.

I have been a netflix subscriber for almost four years now and love getting movies in the mail---it's so convenient! Definitely a nice way to try out movies that I might not have found on my own.

I haven't been there myself, but am very interested in visiting the falls. I lived in Ohio for a few years (am now in Tx) and always intended to make it to Niagara, but it didn't happen. I'd love to hear the impressions of others....

malcido Watching old tv shows is definitely a great part of what makes Netflix great! I also enjoy watching old films and foreign films; both are sometimes difficult to find in movie rental stores. And those late fees get me every time!!

I began making these and giving them away to interested parties a couple of months ago. They are very simple; made completely from twine (light weight rope) except for the crucifix and surprisingly attractive!

malcido I make them and give them away---mostly I send them to troops overseas and to a non-profit that distributes them free of charge---but I have given them to individuals as well.

malcido You know, I thought the same thing before I started making these; I make beaded rosaries also, but these are actually easier to use than I expected. May not be everyone's experience though ;) Thanks for the comment!

malcido I am in southern texas and it is 53 degrees right now. Not very cold compared to those of you north of us, but quite chilly for us! We are supposed to have weather in the 40s tomorrow----it rarely gets below 30 degrees here, so this is cold! It was 80 degrees...
